Design security
With a pay-per-use approach, you pay only for the features activated for each device. We aim to simplify your business, and that is the reason there is a unique fixed price for each IoT security feature included in this package:

End-to-end security
For us, providing flexibility is a MUST. We are able to support every type of business model independent of factors such as:
- Which service you decide to use
- How often you need to use the service (once an hour, once a day, …)
- How long you need to use the service (constantly over a year, 5 days every month,…)
- Which module is using the service (such as if one module is using the service much more frequently than another)
You have the freedom and flexibility to choose the pricing plans that best suit your business.
Overage: Should a Thing enrolled on an E2E Security plan exceed the maximum number of keys included in the key block for that plan, then an additional key block will be allocated to that Thing and an additional charge for the key block will be made. For example, a Thing enrolled on the Daily plan uses 40 keys in a calendar month. The charge for this will be $0.24 ($0.12 for the original 31 key block included with the plan plus an additional charge of $0.12 for the additional key block of 31 keys).
Changing plan: The E2E Security plan associated with a Thing may be changed at any time through the web interface. Any changes will take effect for that Thing immediately and the renewal date for usage from this device will be updated in line with the period of the new plan. You will still be charged in the next invoice for usage so far under the plan you are switching from.
Suspending a thing: A Thing may be suspended at any point via the Thingstream web interface. During the period that a Thing is suspended, no key can be derived for that Thing. Also, no feature can be activated on this Thing. If a Thing is disabled, the plan will not renew on expiry, and no further plan charges will apply until the Thing is reactivated.
